DJ Services
$400-$650 FOR 4 HOURS CONTINUOUS PLAYING (depends on DJ available, date and size of event)
This Price includes a well dressed, experienced DJ, 2-4 speaker sound system (btwn 700 & 1300 Watts depending on size of crowd & venue) mirror ball lighting effect and wireless microphone for toasts.
Overtime (Due at Event) @ $40.00 Per 1/2 HR.
Additional time booked in advance @$60.00 Per HR.
$100.00 deposit to reserve date, balance due at event.
LIGHT SHOW - Included if desired (not suitable for well lit events)(Includes 3-4 different lighting effects to create a dance club atmosphere). Pricing could be lower if your event is in the early afternoon or in a very slow time of year for weddings.
We DJ all types of events so call for a quote-Prices usually range between $200-$700.

Planning a Wedding Reception can be a difficult task. Take some of the worry out of it by making sure that your musical entertainment is top notch. That means hiring a service that is both experienced and comfortable with wedding festivities. Whether you like it Loud & Rowdy or Smooth and Elegant your reception can be skillfully enhanced by an Excelsior DJ. Just fill out the Wedding Questionnaire to let us know how you would like your reception to be. You can select some of the styles of music to play or not play as well as pick the special dance songs and, if you like, highlight some specific songs or artists you would like to feature. Then let us know if you want your DJ/Emcee to announce the entire wedding party or coordinate a dollar dance, anniversary dance, etc.

Projection Rentals
To reserve a projector or projection set-up first call us to check availability. We will help you determine what your needs are for your event and advise you on screen sizes, sound, etc. Projector rentals start at just $90.00 and go up from there depending on equipment and set-up requirements. We have a variety of screens both front and rear capable, LCD multimedia projectors, stands, amplified speakers, microphones and all cables and equipment necessary to interface with room sound systems if necessary.

*Arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Establishing shots of Temple exterior and interior with some candid pre-ceremony shots of people.
Direct sound feed if available and/or wireless microphones to capture professional audio. Single camera digital videotaping of entire ceremony (or as much as desired).
Overview of luncheon following ceremony (total contracted time approximately 2 Hrs., 15 Mins.) Post production editing with addition of invitation, animated graphics, music in beginning and slow-motion ending with several dramatic moments from event blended together for a dramatic finish. 1 VHS & 1 DVD copy included.
Ceremony only-$400.00
CEREMONY ONLY (Extended length 2 1/2 to 3 Hrs.)
*This package is for locations that do not allow a videographer to operate a camera in the sanctuary during the ceremony requiring a static timer operated video recording of the event. Set-up is done on Friday and necessitates that an unmanned camera be mounted in the rear of the sanctuary either on a wide to medium shot and fed to 2 video recording devices (1 extra to be safe) with a UPS battery back-up in the event of a power failure. The recorders are programmed to begin recording at the ceremony start time all the way until the end (or as much as desired). A direct sound feed or hard wired microphones are used to capture professional audio. Post production and ending same as above. 1 VHS & 1 DVD copy included.
Party Only-$550.00
*Single camera digital videotaping of people and activities to include room decorations, Havdallah service (if performed), Candle Lighting ceremony (if performed), general footage of guests, activities (games, dancing) and some interviews (we solicit comments, advice, congratulations) with numerous guests/family if desired. Post production editing with addition of invitation, animated graphics and music in beginning and a variety of effects & graphics added. Slow-motion ending. 1 VHS & 1 DVD included.

HIGHLIGHTS RECAP
*This is similar to the slow-motion ending but much more elaborate with 20 to 60 short clips from the day carefully chosen and artfully blended together with music and effects. The Highlights Recap is between 3 & 8 minutes long (depending on if both Ceremony & Party were recorded) and requires several hours of editing time to assemble. Many people comment to us that they enjoy the Highlights the most as it summarizes the beauty, joy and emotion of this landmark event.
